About Ashley.

I’ve been where you are.

I’ve struggled with anxious attachment. I’ve twisted myself into someone I wasn’t just to feel chosen. I’ve silenced my needs, shut down when I wanted to speak up, and felt completely alone, even in the middle of a relationship.

I’ve cried. Lashed out. Felt invisible.
And then I realized…I wanted to do something about it.

I wanted to show up differently.

So, I went back to school and earned my master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I started my own therapy. I became a resident therapist. And after years of working with clients and mending my own unhealthy patterns, I found my purpose.

It wasn’t diagnosing people.
It was helping them connect.

Today, I coach individuals and couples who want to communicate better in their relationships, but don’t know where to start. I'm IFS-informed, and I blend practical tools with deep compassion to help you actually feel heard, seen, and safe being yourself.

I'm also a mom of four, married, and living in coastal Virginia. So believe me when I say I understand how hard this can feel—and how worth it it is when things finally start to click.
